Service Scope
We currently only provide services in the Hong Kong SAR. We are open to company-level collaborations from other countries and regions.
Minimum Order Requirement
When shopping at our online store, the total amount for each order must be HKD 200 or more.
Retail Store Reseller Cooperation
We welcome other retail stores to choose our products as reseller partners to jointly expand market share.
Exclusive Offers
- Contractors, developers, and distributors, please contact our Customer Service Department via WhatsApp or Email to obtain exclusive offers.
- This offer is targeted at contractors and developer clients and their representatives for bulk purchases or long-term cooperation. If contractor/developer clients and their representatives are not yet on our existing customer list, our colleagues may request documents such as Business Registration or project details.
Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- FPS/Bank Transfer:Please follow the steps below to complete your payment:
- Order Confirmation: Await our confirmation of your order details.
- Payment (FPS/Bank Transfer): Use the order number as the payment reference and transfer the amount to our bank account via FPS (Faster Payment System) or bank transfer.
- Screenshot: After the transaction is complete, please be sure to take a screenshot of the successful payment and provide it to us.
- Awaiting Confirmation: Your order will not be shipped until we confirm receipt of payment.
- Shipment Arrangement: After receiving payment, our colleagues will contact you and typically arrange for the goods to be delivered to the address specified in the order, or prepare the stock for pickup at our office, within 3 working days.
Please note, we currently do not support credit cards and other related electronic payment methods.
Self-Pickup
Our company office does not store goods. If you wish to purchase, please place an order on the website first. Our colleagues will contact you before you come for pickup.
Shipping Fees
- Free Shipping Conditions: Free shipping for contractors. Retail customers can opt for self-pickup or enjoy free shipping on orders over HKD 1,000.
- Shipping Charges: HKD 200 for Kowloon and New Territories, HKD 300 for Hong Kong Island (delivery to ground floor only, no upstairs delivery).
Refunds and Exchanges
Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product, and we want to make this process as simple as possible. Please read the following policy carefully, as it outlines our terms for returns and exchanges.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- For unpacked items: If the item’s packaging has been opened, we will review individual cases on a fair basis to determine if the customer is eligible for a refund.
- You must contact our customer service team to process a return or exchange.
- Unauthorized returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns or exchanges.
- You can choose your own shipping service or use the shipping service we provide (additional shipping fees apply).
Refund Method
- The purchase price will be refunded after deducting shipping costs.
- Refunds may be issued in cash, by cheque, or via bank transfer.
Handling of Damaged or Faulty Goods
- Items found to be damaged or faulty upon receipt can be returned or exchanged.
- However, you must contact us within 15 days of purchase and provide relevant evidence.
- We do not accept items damaged due to human error.
- Customers need to contact us and provide detailed information for us to process the case.
Important Notes
- We reserve the right to make the final decision and to refuse any application that does not comply with our return and exchange policy.
Exceptions
Due to the nature of certain items, they may not be eligible for return or exchange. These items include, but are not limited to, custom or personalized items, and clearance items. Please review the product description carefully to determine if an item is eligible for return or exchange.
